Yes, you can. A firearm does not require air to fire- gunpowder contains both a fuel and its own oxidizer within itself (chemically)- now, let's consider some of the results of firing a .45 on the moon- first, due to the vacuum, the lubricating oil will tend to "boil" away, leaving the pistol dry, unlubricated, and likely to "fail to feed" the next cartridge. In extreme cold temperatures, the metal may become brittle, and shatter. Extreme cold would also affect the burning rate of the powder, slowing it down a great deal. The lower gravity and lack of air resistance would make the bullet drop much less than when firing on earth, so you point of aim would need to be higher- and the gloves of your pressure suit will need to be small enough to fit inside the trigger guard. If you do go shooting on the moon, please be sure to clean up your targets and fired brass- we would like to keep the moon tidy.
It depends what mechanism they use. An air pistol which uses compressed air would work, but any mechanism which needs ignition (e.g. a traditional firearm where the bullet is propelled by gunpowder) or an external air source would not.
The moon rose yesterday at about 2:15 am. It set at about 2:45 pm.

The sun is over a million times bigger than the earth, and the earth is about 45 times bigger (by volume) than the moon. So you could not fit the sun into the moon.
The Glock pistol in caliber .45 GAP.
What is the use of grip safety on 45 caliber pistol?
None. While there are firearms made to shoot .45 Colt AND .410 shotshells, they are designed and made to do that. A regular .410 shotgun is NOT made to do that safely.
Caliber .45 Automatic Colt Pistol.

Actually, the cartridges are .45 ACP (automatic Colt Pistol) and .45 Colt (the cowboy era revolver cartridge. There is not really a Colt 45 Long. Can a revolver shoot both? Some can- they are chambered for the Colt .45 -but to shoot .45 ACP they need a "half moon clip"- a strip of metal that holds 3 of the shorter .45 ACP cartridges. 2 of those fill a 6 shot revolver. The PISTOL (not revolver) that shoots the .45 ACP cannot shoot the .45 Colt- no groove for the extractor to pull a fired cartridge out of the chamber, and it is too long.
No.
The caliber of this weapon is .45 ACP, or it's full name is .45 Automatic Colt Pistol.
