I do not know of a way to post a picture here. However if you go on a auto parts website such as Kragens or Autozone then look up your cars Power Steering pump. They normally have pictures of the product. They are usually year and model specific so be sure to specify your car's year.

How do you remove and replace the power steering belt in a 1990 Toyota Camry?

If you're handy and know how to use tools, then getting a repair manual (Haynes or Chiltons manuals are both good references) on your model that will show you how to do things like this are an excellent investment. Changing the power steering V-belts an most vehicles usually involves loosening the power steering pump by loosening (not removing, usually) the power steering pump to bracket bolts, which allows the belt tension to release. Then you remove and replace the belt. Use a lever of some sort (tire irons are sometimes useful) to apply pressure to the power steering pump such that the belt is tensioned. While applying this pressure tighten the pump bolts (a helper is sometimes useful for this).

Why is there a squeaking noise when you turn the steering wheel?

Well if it is something that gets louder or more noticeable the more you turn the wheel, there's a good chance it's you power steering pump. Check the level of your power steering fluid and fill it to the proper level with the appropriate fluid. (some manufacturers say to use power steering fluid, some say A.T.F. automatic transmission fluid) but it should say right on the cap of the power steering fluid reservoir. If you can't find it go to the nearest auto parts store and someone there should be able to show you which one it is.
