Do you want the flasher or the turn signal fuse? The flasher is mounted on the left side of the steering column under the dash and the turn signal fuse in in the fuse panel. GoodluckJoe
I believe the turn signal and hazard flashers are in the fuse box on 1991 to 1994 Ford Explorers
The switch is inÊthe steering column,Êyou will have to remove the steering wheel to access it. The flasher fuse is round-shaped about the size of a quarter in the fuse panel under the dash.Ê

The 1997 Oldsmobile Aurora flasher fuse can be found in the fuse box. The fuse box is in the engine compartment. The location of the fuse will be listed on the inside cover of the fuse box.
fuse box
I believe if you check the fuse labeled Horn its on the same circuit.
Not sure if your looking for the flasher fuse or the flasher itself. Both flashers (blinker and flasher) are located under the steering column, you need to take our about 6 screws in all and two panels come off. This isn't the fuse box under there, but right above it. A good tip for finding flashers; Both flasher boxes are usually in the same location, so follow the clicking of the flasher box that does work. If you cant hear a click, its probably under the hood.
It is in the fuse box under the dash (driverside )
