What is the flasher relay location on a 1994 Ford Explorer?
I believe the turn signal and hazard flashers are in the fuse box on 1991 to 1994 Ford Explorers
There is no sensor. There is a turn signal flasher relay and hazard flasher relay. They are located somewhere under the dash. Where I could not say. You just have to look for them. Look in your owner's manual, and it may list the location. If not go to www.autozone.com and use the component location tool.
The flasher relay in plugged into the black colored section (top) of the interior relay block. This block is located to the left side of the steering column under the dashboard. It helps to remove the plastic cover (knee bolster) below the steering wheel (5 screws) to see the block and relay. The relay block is placed behind and higher than the fuse block. The face of the relay block faces towards the steering column…
The hazard lights do not use a separate relay. They use the flasher relay as used by the indicators. The flasher relay is in the fuse box located in the dash under the steering wheel, behind a removable panel. Most of the time a flasher relay will have "4 x 21w" printed/moulded on it. (for cars with a tow-bar, 6" x 21w", assuming a towing rated relay has been fitted)
Where is the turn signal flasher unit located on a 1994 dodge caravan when it is not located in proximity to the fuse panel?
On a 1994 Plymouth Sundance when I put on the right blinker it doesn't flash but if I put on the 4ways all of the lights flash What might cause this?
It has 2 relays. The turn signal flasher relay is located on the driver's side, under dash, driver's side of steering column, mounted on fuse side of fuse panel. The hazard flasher relay is located on the driver's side, under dash, driver's side of steering column, mounted on the wiring/connector side of fuse panel.
If you mean the button to make the emergency flashers turn on, then the answer is on the dash above the radio to the left. It should be a button marked with a red triangle. I think they were asking where the turn signal relay is..... The flasher button is quite obvious. I'm trying to find the turn signal relay on mine also. Anyone know where it is? Thanks!
