**first remove present decal. You have to do this without scraping the center cap itself. **second buy plastic primer paint in a spray can. Take some painter's tape and tape the outside rim of the middle of the center cap. Paint the middle of the center cap. Wait 1 hour, paint again. **third buy paint special for plastic in a spray can (i think burgundy is the best color). Apply one coat. Wait for an hour and apply another coat. **FOUR BUY SOME CLEAR COAT PAINT IN A SPRAY CAN. FOLLOW THE SAME PROECDURE AS DESCRIBED IN THE THRID STEP. **four buy "something" to glue onto the center of the center cap. For example, i bought four of used cadillac shields that were less than three inches in diameter for $29 bucks. Super glued them on. And wow. What a difference.

Need more info. Would need to know how many square feet one container of cement paint can cover. For example, if one container could paint 100 square feet, you would need 10 containers of paint: 1000/100=10
How paint spray works?
Spray paint is facilitated by passing paint through a nozzle that will break up the paint into particles that can be sprayed onto the surface being painted. The paint is pushed to the nozzle by either hydraulic pressure or by air pressure depending on viscosity. On a hydraulic, or airless sprayer, the fan is formed by the tip itself with a tip only allowing a single fan width and volume. Air spray guns have adjustments to allow for more or less material volume and varying spray widths without having to change out parts of the gun. Pertaining to static electricity: Spray paint works through a process called electrostatic spray painting. The nozzle of the container is negatively charged, and the target is positively charged. Therefore, when the paint is sprayed out through the nozzle, it becomes negatively charged, and is attracted to the positive target, resulting in a paint job that saves paint, gives a smooth surface, and speeds drying.
Is there paint made from rubber so you can peel it off?
Latex paint is rubberized....and it wants to stick to everything it comes in contact with, which is one of the beauties of paint. However, if you want to be able to peel paint off of something you have applied it to, just about the only way to achieve that would be to rub some Vaseline onto the surface in question. Make sure that your can of cleaner comes with a small, thin spray straw, as it will be needed to transfer the paint. The valves should come off by simply pulling with a small amount of force.2. Remove the spray paint can from the freezer when it is completely frozen and place one of the cleaner valves on top of the frozen spray paint can. You will see that it fits perfectly. Insert the spray straw into the side of the valve. Place the other cleaner valve onto the top of the room temperature spray paint can and insert the other side of the spray straw into the side of the valve. The two spray paint cans should now be facing each other with the straw in between, connecting the two.3. Push down on the tops of both valves at the same time, as if you were spraying paint with both cans. The paint from the warm can will flow quite smoothly into the frozen can. Continue until all the paint from the warm can has been transferred. If the paint does not move quickly into the cold can, your spray paint can may not be frozen enough and you should start over.4. Remove the valves from the tops of the cans and wash them with warm water and soap before the paint drys. You can use both the straw and the valves again when you wish to refill another spray paint can.
