Yes and no. You don't actually place the fences on top of each other but you can place them close together so that they look like they are stacked up. To do this, you have to place the side sticks so they look like they're in one straight line.

It's an optical illusion. You stack fences or hedges, one in front of the other at a slight angle and it looks like taller fences or "stair step" looking hedges. Kinda cool actually. I did it on my farm.
