I am not sure a yucca grown in a house will produce viable seeds.
I have always heard that the yucca needs pollination by a species
of moth (which would not be in your house).Best thing is to collect seeds
from a wild yucca.
If you have seeds then put them in a plastic box (keeps in humidity).
Put in a layer of paper towel and about a 1/4' of water. Keep temp
between 50 and 80. In a month many will sprout.
Plant in dirt (50% organic, 50% sand) Keep damp.
Roots will grow deep in the pot. Once the yucca is a few inches high,
it will be hardy.
