You may want to rebuild engine asap since this could be piston rings wearing and etc. If you don't change your oil, I would do so immediately than check oil again to see for shavings but chances are that a rebuild is the best in this case. If you don't rebuild it now, you most certainly will soon with metal shavings going through your motor.
