By 18 they are emancipated so unless there are reasons like mental illness where they can not care for themselves or something where you have to go to court to get guardianship, you can not get custody.

Will pa court give joint custody to a convicted felon?

With regard to child custody, the court must consider what is in the best interest of the child. A felony might hurt a parent's character, but it isn't necessarily a bar to having custody. It just depends on the specifics.

Who has custody if the child lives with you full time in pa?

And you are? If the parents were not married the mother has custody until the father can petition for it after he has proved paternity in court. If married you have equal custody. Just living with you does not give you custody. it has to go through court.

What rights do parents under 21 have in PA?

They have the same rights regarding their child as adults parents have. At 18 they are adults. If they are below 18 they are still in charge regarding their child but their parents are in charge of them because they are not emancipated until they are 18.

No, unless there is a specific provision written into the child support orders addressing secondary schools.

If child support is suppose to end when a child turns 18 state of Pa. Can the child still get support while in college The child lives in Pa. Support was granted from the state of Maryland.?

The law that applies is the law of the governing state of Maryland even if child lives in another state. If Maryland law permits support for post secondary education, then it would be granted. Even if you change the venue to PA and record the child support order in PA, the law must still be enforced based on the original governing state. However, I would certainly not move your child support order to PA since PA law does not allow for any post secondary support unless it is in the orginial child support order or some other written agreement.
