There is a couple web sites out there that you can use, such as the official weight watchers website. There is also the D.I.Y. planner website. This is a printable version of the Weight Watchers Flex Plan QuikTrak Express Points Tracker.
I'm not sure if it's recently changed but it was 35 flex points a week. You can also earn extra points by exercising.
It can be done.
You can find out more info about it here: www.weightwatchers.com/plan/flex/index.aspx. Please be sure to check with your doctor to see if it is right for you.
Depends on your height, activity level, age, sex... I'm 25, female, 5'4, 120 lbs also, and have a desk job but workout 1-2 hours per day I can have between 21-25 points per day (Excluding flex or those other freebees). Google "weight watchers points quiz", u can find a detailed cal of ur allowances there. Hope this helps!
Does flex helps in reducing weight?
I am a female 5'2"...and my daily points is 19. You should be around 19 or less if you are not on the flex plan (& if you are a female).
