Sorry, when you joined Yahoo (or any site) that giant online "Terms of use" legal document (which nobody ever bothers to read) includes a clause that "by using this site you agree to everything in this document" and another that "you consent to allow the site to use everything you put on it in anyway they choose".
So as you already consented (even though you were not aware of it), you can't sue them.
Although you might somehow make a case based on ignorance, but consult a lawyer first. This is very unlikely to work.
