Yes you can. First of all, you need to ascertain that it is a demo model. Obviously, it was manufactured at least one year before it was sold to you. For this just look for VIN no on the car. Vehicle identification no's tenth digit shows the year of manufacture. for 2007 it will be 7, and for 2008 it will 8 and so forth. See what month an year does the car bill bear. You may also approch the manufaturer for clarification about theyear of manufacture sending them the VIN or Engine/chasis no. Once you ascertain you are cheated, you can move the police/ court for FIR/ compensation etc.
