Horus Lv6 says, that at the End Phase of the turn in which it destroys a monster by battle, that you can send it to the graveyard to special summon Lv8. This means Horus Lv6 must still be on the field after the battle phase, all the way to the end phase. If it gets destroyed during the battle phase, then it cannot summon Lv8.

Can a player special summon Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy Of The End from their opponent's graveyard All the player has to do is remove a Light and Dark monster from their graveyard. Is this possible?

No. Unless specifically stated otherwise, a card's special summon text is to summon it from the hand only. Chaos Emperor Dragon requires the owner to remove one Light and one Dark monster to summon it from his hand, but it cannot be done while it is in the graveyard, and especially, the opponent cannot do it.

If your opponent has vanguard of the dragon face down and you tribute to the doom it does it's effect still activate an special summon a dragon?

Yes because it's effect says you can summon a normal dragon type monster from either players graveyard. So since tribute to the doom destroys the monster is effect activates.

How do you summon Goldd Wu-Lord of Dark World in Yu-gi-oh?

He can be Normal Summoned by offering one monster as tribute as normal. If you discard him to the graveyard by an effect of a card (NOT a 'cost'), then you can special summon him from the graveyard. So Dark World Lightning would let you special summon him, discarding a card is part of the effect and not an activation cost. But discarding him for Dark Core, which is a cost, would not let him summon himself. If it is an opponent's effect that causes you to discard him, then as above you can target up to two of the opponent's cards, then special summon Goldd and destroy the targets, if any.

How do you summon Horus the Black Flame Dragon Lv8?

When Horus Lv6 destroys a monster by battle, you may send it to the Graveyard it to special summon Horus Lv8 in your end phase. Or, the card Level Up!! can bring him out too. Even though Lv6 is unaffected by spell cards, you are sending it to the Graveyard as a Cost, so you can still do it.

How do you summon lava golem?

In either of your own main phases, you can special summon lava golem. Rather than offering the cost from your own side of the field, Lava Golem says to use the opponent's monsters. So you send the opponent's two monsters to the graveyard and place Lava Golem on their side of the field. Either player can try to negate it, in which case it will be destroyed and go to your graveyard.

Unless stated otherwise (Plaguespreader Zombie for example) a monster's special summon is done from hand only. Lava Golem must be in your hand, for you to be able to special summon it using the listed text on the card.

Does the Hieratic Dragon of Sutekh have to be special summoned by his effect?

His initial special summon must be from hand, using the text on his card. If you do this correctly, and he then goes to the graveyard, you can special summon him back to the field with cards like Call of the Haunted. If however the summon is negated, or he is simply discarded to the graveyard, you cannot special summon him from the graveyard by any means. Nor can an external effect special summon him from hand, it must be his own.

How do you special summon from the graveyard?

Special Summoning from the Graveyard requires an effect that specifically allows you to do so. Call of the Haunted, as an example, allows a player to select and Special Summon one monster from their respective Graveyard in face-up Attack Position.

No, only from your hand. They can be special summoned from graveyard by cards like Monster Reborn if they were properly summoned initially before they went there. However you can't resummon them from the graveyard with their Ritual Spell Card.

In YuGiOh can a ritual monster be special summoned from the graveyard after using Ritual Foregone?

No, because it wasn't 'properly' special summoned. To be able to special summon a Ritual Monster from the graveyard, it has to be initially summoned by Ritual Summon. Ritual Foregone does not Ritual Summon.
