Absolutely .. You will have to change the flex plates and the ECM only. The harness is modular and works with both V10 and V8. I did the opposite for a customer. I put in a V10. Oh .. the pulleys on the V10 are 8 rib and the V8 are 6 rib, so the pulley on the AC and Power Steering pump will need to be converted.

The only real reason to swap in the Triton V10 over a GM large block is because you already own a Ford product with a transmission rated to handle the type of torque the V10 produces, and you don't want to go through the hassle of reflashing the various ECMs and chassis nodes to accept the GM engine and 4L80E or 6L80E transmission. It can be done... what it takes.. well, that's going to require a whole lot more info than what you've provided... namely, the vehicle it's going into, the transmission you have, the engine being swapped out, etc. You might also have to do your own fabrication for the engine mounts, since what you're talking about really isn't a common swap.
