Yes, they will be in Japanese.
Yes, you would be able to migrate a Pokémon from a Japanese-language Pokémon Emerald game over to a Japanese-language Pokémon HeartGold game however you will not be able to migrate a Pokémon from a Japanese-language Pokémon Emerald game over to an English-language Pokémon HeartGold game because the migration feature is language-blocked meaning the migration feature will only recognize games that match the same language as the DS game.
Unfortunately, no. The Japanese games would have to be manually programmed to support English, and very very few are. The Pokemon games, for example, do not have English translations in them.
Unfortunately you cannot change the game's language.
Japanese I would expect if the title on the box is Japanese but if it's different language on the box the game langauge will be the same as it is on the box
The language cannot be changed. It is Japanese throughout the game.
No you can't. Pokemon Yellow is a small game that doesn't have language change.
Most Nintendo DS games start off in their original language and are then either translated and marketed officially by Nintendo, or hacked and subbed by bilingual fans. Although the Nintendo DS itself has a switch-language function, the games you play on it would need to be purchased from a Japanese vendor, imported, or fansubbed for you to get them in Japanese.
You switch the US game screen over to the Japanese Game screen in order to Download it.
Yes, i have the Japanese version of the game and i have many language options including English
People can study Japanese at these 4 Japanese language schools in Canada: Atlas Japanese Language School in Toronto, Coquitlam Japanese Language Academy in Vancouver, the Ottawa Japanese Language School and the Vancouver Japanese Language School. I could not find a definite answer to this question as some language sites only had one or two Japanese language schools in Canada.
As of 2013 this is not possible. The game producers will have to release language packs for that particular game.
