Yes you can, if your talking about tenth prestige on mw2 just make a spare account on the jtag ( not on live ) and get another xbox with the profile you want to boost and just system link. When you sign into live on your boosted account you will be tenth.

Yes, you can play the same game on different xbox's and different xbox live accounts. You can play against each other though, because you need the game inserted in birth consoles to play against each other.
