Bactrim is an antibiotic, and midol is a for pain, I'm not a doctor, but I think it should be fine. I just had surgery and my doctor prescribed bactrim to me due to a shaph infection, so I am taking it with vicodin, which is a narcotic, so midol should be fine

DONT!! Don't take ibuprofin/advil/Motrin with bactrim; it can give you steven Johnson's syndrome. when your provide prescribed bactrim he or she should have given you pyridium which is the pain reliever usually prescribed with bactrim.
