Vaccinations for viral immunity can be made two ways, one using inert ("dead") virus particles to trigger the immune response and another using "live" but weakened (attenuated) viruses that can not make you sick if you are otherwise healthy. The live vaccines work well, especially for younger people who have had little exposure to the ordinary viruses around us all the time. Without that, it can sometimes take more of a "jolt" of the infectious agent to cause their bodies to respond by making antibodies. Once the antibodies are made, it is easier for the immune system to create them if the same type of virus comes along again. When the antibodies can be produced quicker it can attack the invading virus before it can even make us sick. The live viruses give more of a boost to start the immune response in young healthy people. They are usually created in a nasal spray delivery system for people age 2 to 49. The immuno-compromised, pregnant women, and children under 2 should not take the "live" viruses. The live vaccine should not be taken until 48 hours after antiviral drugs have been stopped. And antiviral agents should not be administered until 2 weeks after, unless medically necessary. For the nasal spray vaccine, the most common side effects include runny nose or nasal congestion for all ages, sore throats in adults, and fever in children 2 to 6 years old.
1. Vapour is formed when a liquid is boiled- like steam would be the vapour form of water. 2. If you take a small quantity of water and spray it thru a fine nozzle under high pressure, the resultant spray, which would be made of very fine droplets of water would be called a mist.

You cannot take the nasal spray simultaneously, but you can take the injections at the same time. The nasal spray should be 6 weeks apart. The injections can be done together or at any interval. It doesn't matter which is first.
ask your DR
Get some Sudafed at your local pharmacy (you'll probably have to sign for it). Take it EXACTLY AS DIRECTED for two or three days. Then stop, or take half-doses for two more days. That shoud do it. If there is still residual rebound effect from the nasal spray, breathe through your mouth for a day or two until it is over - and don't abuse nasal decongestants in the future.
According to the CDC, it will not be a problem. In fact you could take the two shots at the same time. It is the A-H1N1/09 nasal spray that can't be taken at the same time as the seasonal nasal spray.

nasal spray. <><><><><> If you don't have any symptoms, then don't take epinephrine. If you want epinephrine in case you have a allergic reaction to something like a bee sting, then you don't want to waste time with a nasal spray - get the inject-able kind - talk to a pharmacist or your doctor.

In my case, the answer is yes. I have asthma, and seasonal allergies. I have been on claritin for years, but this year i have had significant nasal allergies that the claritin hasn't prevented, such as post nasal drip, which then causes congestion and asthma flare ups. So my Pulmonologist just prescribed Atepro nasal spray to be taken daily along with claritin.
