It depends. Sildenafil (Viagra) should not be taken with alpha blockers as hypotension may result. However, propranolol is a beta blocker. It is unclear if there is a similar interaction between Viagra and beta blockers. You may be safe if you take those 4 hours apart from each other. A bigger concern is why you are taking the propranolol. If you have serious Heart disease, you probably shouldn't be using Viagra and having sex.
As for sumatriptan (Imitrex), there doesn't seem to be any contraindications, but it is puzzling why someone would want to take Viagra or have sex while having a migraine episode.
