For the health of the guinea pig, I recommend you do NOT take him/her in the shower! The water would overpower him/her and they would probably drown...
I hate animal cruelty, so DON'T DO IT!
I hope this helped... .
(DO NOT USE ANY SHAMPOO BESIDES "GUINEA PIG SHAMPOO"!! not even baby kind!)
You will need
first of all put the guinea pig in the sink or bathtub with a little amount of water just above their feet, then rinse the guinea pig in water, if the guinea pig freaks out a little bit then just get some water in your hands and pour it on the guinea pig but BE CAREFUL, you don't want the water to get any where near its face or ears just its body !!
then when you have rinsed it you will need the guinea pig shampoo cleaning stuff, you can buy this from a pet shop, then rub it in the guinea pigs body, remember not near the face or ears please !!! then carefully rinse off the guinea pig in the water again, PLEASE make sure its all off as it can irritate your guinea pig! then use a brush to groom your guinea pig. then dry him/her with a towel only if it freaks out when using a hairdrier !
The guinea pig will usually like the bath but they might not like it. Do it slowly and nicely so they don't get scared or scared of you. If its worm out side you can let them out to dry. make sure if you are playing with them out side or waiting for them to dry that there is not animals such as cats dogs birds any animals like that what might want so guinea pig for tea.
they get cold very easy so its best to dry them off before going out, but if you do be very careful. they can catch colds.
You can bathe them in lukewarm water and baby soap
that really depends on the current smell of your lizard... ps nice grammar why dont u go drink spitermilk
Guinea pigs dont need a bath because they clean themselves like cats do. Only give them a bath if they go outside and get dirt on them.
only if guinea pigs are considered ''critters''
it is ok but only give them one about once a fortnight
do not bath your guinea pigs ever! only bath them with special washing shampoo from wilkinsons, even if you get that its only if your guinea pigs are really dirty. It will have writing on the back to read or get special shampoo from ebay or a pets shop.
You should not give a guinea pig a shower once a week. I only bath my guinea pigs if they are really in need of a bath or if I'm taking them to a show. I would say a few times a year if you want to bath them, but not once a week
You should only give a guinea pig a bath if it is dirty of really smelly. Guinea pigs should only have at the most 4 bathes a year because any more would be bad for them. Having a bath strips the guinea pigs skin of it natural oils.
Yes in a sink with water up to their chests and use soap from a pet store and only wash them once a month. Never use regular dish soap! It can be very bad if you get it in there eyes.
yes you can. only you have to use very very shallow water!
The same as you bath it normally only fill the bath with milk.
Adult/ Kid shampoos and disinfectants aren't safe for guineapigs. When I bathe my piggy, I either use baby shampoo or puppy/dog shampoo. Warm water is okay to use. However, it isn't good to give them frequent baths; only do it when necessary. :)
no we have a guinea pig butt only if it goes to the bathroom
Nooo. guinea pigs cant eat pasta only fruit and veges
