I have been prescribed 10mg Adderall 2x a day recently, and I also get prescribed 7.5mg of percocet 4x a day. I have not noticed any adverse affects, except feeling a bit more tired than usual, but that may also be caused by my body adjusting to the adderall itself. Hope this helps. It is okay to take this drug with Adderall. However, your liver is already working hard to filter the Adderall, so it would probably be a good idea to take a normal dosage of Acetaminophen (anywhere from 160mg to 550 mg per day for up to 2 weeks) Even at small doses over several weeks, Acetaminophen can cause liver damage or failure. And extremely rare with small doses(5-20mg) Adderall can cause liver damage or failure as well. If you are talking about Aspirin, than yes [given you are 18 years or older]. Follow dosing instructions, and you should be fine. Although aspirin has been known to cause gastrointestinal bleeding. Aspirin has shown to lower the chances of heart attack. Aspirin can also cause liver damage as well, although it is more likely for this to happen to someone who is younger than 18. Please note that if you drink more than one Alcoholic Beverages per day you should take to your doctor about continuing all of these drugs. (Also do not take more than one pain reliever at a time, unless specifically told to do so by your doctor) Most pain relievers should be okay to take with Adderall for short term use and only while following the dosage instructions.
