You can, but why bother? If you are on an antibiotic, you have a bacterial infection. Airborne is supposed to prevent catching a virus. You are already sick, and you have something besides a virus.

The other reason is that there's no scientific proof that the stuff even works. Look at the ingredients list and you'll see it's mostly vitamins. You can get a perfectly good vitamin with ALL the vitamins and minerals you need over on the vitamin aisle for half the price as Airborne.
