∙ 12y agoim not positive. but i have before. ive taken aleve concerta and NyQuil all at once. no problems from what i saw. be safe and call a doctor though.

∙ 15y agoI just called and asked a pharmacist this question.. and they said no because of the caffeine in the excedrin. They said the best thing would be a motrin. but also said tylanol would be fine.

∙ 14y agoi would say no. ecstasy is a methamphetamine and concerta is a mixture of amphetamine salts. too many amphetamines could mean dehydration, rapid heart beat, heart failure and death.
