It seems to always be the day after my son forgets to take the trash cans to the curb.
take away the trash cans and put in recycling bins and hire more janitors to pick up the trash that can't be recycled
Absolutely! Trash cans are made of plastic which is something that should be recycled. However, you probably can't put it into your recycling bin for curbside pickup. Your best bet is to take the trashcan to your local recycling center.
Raccoons take people's garbage because they eat what's left over from meals that happens to be in the trash cans. They can be scavengers so they just go through the garbage to look for food.
Take one part water and one part Clorox bleach and pour it on top of the trash cans and inside as well, if needed. I just did this today as it has become so hot and humid and the gnats were having a field day.
you can take out peoples trash walk there dog mow the lawn or babysit
No, it's even illegal to put any of your trash into someone els' trash can.
Only the ones that have a refund listed on the top can be returned. The rest have to be recycled so that we can be "green" with our trash. Any store will take them back. If the return machine doesn't accept them, and they have a deposit listed on the top, take it to the service desk and you will recieve the rebate there.
Pick up trash in the neighborhood or School yard, plant something beneficial, try to protect wildlife, and take cans and plastic etc.... to a recycle plant.
