You can but it wouldn't be smart because you would just get immune to it. But if you really want to i would suggest starting off with one scoop and than when you feel that it isnt doing its job as much, increase to one and a half than 2. Dont over do it though. This should be taken as a pre workout supplement not an everyday thing.

i believe 3-4 days it depends when you work out, i work out 4 times a week and i take 1.5 scoops each time i work out, that should be enough.
