XR stands for "extended release". The first half of the medication is absorbed in your system after 4 hours and the second half is released into your system at that time.

You should discuss your Suboxone and Pristiq treatment with a qualified physician that is knowledgeable in the pharmacology and side by side effects of these two drugs to determine if the benefits outweigh the disadvantages of taking these two drugs at the same time.

Methamphetamine and amphetamine mostly do the same thing to you, except meth is about 10 times stronger. Meth is used in some ADD and narcolepsy medication but amphetamine is way more common. Amphetamine is dangerous, meth is extremely dangerous.
