I wanted to know the same thing, I called the ask A nurse hotline and she told me that it should be just fine, so I took two tablets of the equate sudafed. If I have any bad reactions I will post it here. I take 300 mg no name brand wellbutrin a day.

∙ 7y agoIt appears that non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like aspirin, ibuprofen, and Aleve, may block the effects of selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors (SSRIs) like buproprion and fluoxetine.

Also found info that NSAIDs have been linked to a heightened risk of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. I'd say ask your pharmacist if you're concerned.

No. It only contains "bupropion" as a salt.

No; bupropion/welbutrin will not show up as meth or amphetamines. It is neither. I know this also because I take it every day (prescribed) and all my UA's have been clean. It doesn't have the same metabolic breakdown or chemistry structure close to either meth or amphetamines. You should be safe.
