I wanted to know the same thing, I called the ask A nurse hotline and she told me that it should be just fine, so I took two tablets of the equate sudafed. If I have any bad reactions I will post it here. I take 300 mg no name brand wellbutrin a day.

It appears that non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like aspirin, ibuprofen, and Aleve, may block the effects of selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors (SSRIs) like buproprion and fluoxetine.

Also found info that NSAIDs have been linked to a heightened risk of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. I'd say ask your pharmacist if you're concerned.

Yes, there is no problem in taking those 2 drugs together.
