i haven't read anywhere that the are or aren't any negative ordangerous drug interactions but my doctor did prescribe both at the same time so i can only assume that there isn't.. i have been with my lady for a little over a year now but i have a pretty crazy herniated disc that i have been nursing for about 2 and have been on opana ER 30mg (which is a time released opiate twice as strong as oxycodene (percocet)... and 6 times as vicoden i believe) twice a day with 10mg percocet 4 times a day for break through pain.. which can really mess with a guys up and at em'... so i talked to my doctor and got some viagra.... works like a charm....

∙ 13y agoYes, you can. Penicillin is an antibiotic to fight infections, while Vicodin is a narcotic pain reliever. Penicillin is best taken on an empty stomach, but Vicodin may be taken with food, especially if it causes nausea as some pain meds do.
Also, do not drink fruit juice or Carbonated Beverages while on Penicillin, as the acid in them can destroy the drug.
