Can you treat a tropical community fish tank for ich and hole in the head and fungus at the same time?

If you buya treatment for fungus ,or hole in the head, orwhite spot,it will tell you what is safe to use with each one. I would check my water, and do a weekly 25%water change as you should not be getting all these diseases in good quality water,good luck.

Tropical fish must be mixed with other fish that are well adapted to the same community as the tropical fish are. These would be fish that are non-aggressive, and like basically the same foods, water temperatures, plants and environment.

Buy a remedy for ich, ichthiopthilius (sp) or whitespot, different names for the same parasite. You can also treat ich with high temperatures and salt.
