Yes Roblox is safe. If it was not I would never play it. I even talked to the game creators of ROBLOX.

When playing as a Guest, you won't be able to have and use the chat system made by Roblox. Chat Systems that are made by others than Roblox may not involve the COPPA act, this means both guests and users can text and see the chat system properly.
