Nope - unfortunately you need at least Photoshop CS or Photoshop Elements 8 to upgrade to a CS2, 3 or 4 version.
There are other ways to upgrade though - if you have any of the older Macromedia Suites, you can upgrade to a CS package.
Is what as least as likely as not? that is myquestion to you!

At least two: oxygen and at least one other.
Nitrogen is least electronegative so it has least attraction.
Adobe Photoshop Elements 7 requires at least 512 MB of RAM, but works best with 1 GB.

It depends on the version, but for Photoshop CS6 Extended, at least a minimum of 8gb's RAM on a 64 bit system, multi-core processor, and an Adobe certified GPU wth at least 1-2gb of VRAM. Adding to that, I'd personally recommend at least 2 internal hard drives, one to be used as a scratch disk.I've added the link to the System Requirements for Photoshop at Adobe below, and those requirements are for the 32-bit version of Photoshop (not Extended).Note though that when Adobe means "Minimum Requirements", that's EXACTLY what they mean; the absolute bare minimum to start and run the program. Anything else, such as actually doing any work, you're on your own.My point is, don't try to go cheap and expect you're going to get any performance out of it. If you don't have enough power or can't afford it, then just go with Photoshop Elements, unless you're looking at doing professional work.
No, or at least not if you want Photoshop to run in a stable manner. Upgrade your computer, or use something like Paint.net (getpaint.net) or pixlr (pixlr.com). Another factor to take into account when deciding if you can run Photoshop is RAM, or Random Access memory. You'll need about 2 GB of this.
The system requirements for Adobe Photoshp CS5 differ if you are on an pc or a mac. You can get a full list from the products website, however you must have at least 1GB of RAM and Intel Pentium 4 or higher.
Photoshop is easy to learn the basics and you can teach yourself from most any basic book about photoshop. At least if you have some knowledge about basic computer use in general. I suggest starting with a book, cost less than $30 or get one at the library. Then if you have trouble ask specific quetions here as they come up. The question of how to use photoshop is too big to give in one answer here. Back in the 2009's you had to have a credit card to purchase photos. And they did cost less than $30.00.
You can do everything you can imagine with your photographs, many sites with tutorials,lynda.com have comprehensive library of tutorials.Only disadvantages I know is lot of RAM consuming(at least 1 GB requirement) and need OpenGL to use all features photoshop can offer
No you have to have at least one adult Sim.
Learning how to use Adobe Photoshop may seem like a task due to the intimidating number of drop down menus, options, buttons, and other features included in the program. However, despite its appearance, Adobe Photoshop is a program that isn't hard to learn. After practicing with the program with different files, you will learn how to use more features inside the program and complete tasks more quickly.Image EditingAdobe Photoshop is mostly used for image editing as its name suggests. It is practically a shop where you can doctor and work on photos. If you're interested in using Adobe Photoshop for image editing, the tools you'll start out using will most likely be Blur, Smudge, Selection tool, and Eraser. All of these tools are located over in the Tool box on the left side of the screen. Effects are also great image editing tools which can be found under the Filter tab at the top of the screen.Image CreationSome artists and designers also like to use Adobe Photoshop for image creation. In this case, he/she might use the Pen tool, Paintbrush tool, shapes, patterns, and layers. Most of these tools can also be found in the Tool box on the left side of the screen. Patterns, textures, and blending options can be edited in the layers panel once you've got at least one layer to work with. When creating and editing images, it's a good idea to make use of the layers feature. Layers can make your workflow more efficient and save a lot of time and error in the long run. Using LayersAs previously mentioned, layers are a pretty useful component of Adobe Photoshop. They are essentially different artboards stacked on top of each other to create one image result. If your image has many different elements, each of the elements should be placed on their own layers. This can help you easily and quickly remove parts of an image that you want to hide or don't like. It's a good rule of thumb to use layers in every project you work on in Adobe Photoshop so that you don't have to laboriously edit out elements you don't like.
