I would put a stronger spring, a high torque motor to pull it, a high torque gear set and a reinforce piston and piston head to handle the extra stress. You could probably get it up to almost 500 fps if you wanted to, but it would be expensive.
It's rated at 340 FPS.
It is possible. It is best to have a professional do it. AirsoftGI has a great upgrade service. FPS ces from the spring in your rifle, the hard it is to compress the spring, the harder it shoots. AirsoftGI can install a harder spring for you. Airsoft Tech is confusing, and is best to leave it to those who know what they are doing. (Unless you do hours of research and practice on cheap gins/gearboxes)
Well the gbb EBR it $580-$700 but l96 on airsoft megastore for the spring (referring to the season) is 250 (G&G Gbb G96 mauser) compared to $580 is quite a bit. EBR feature many rails and also looks amazing. l96 has one rail. EBR has 400 fps, l96 has 500-570 fps. EBR has 25-30 rounds l96 has 10-15. I was suggest the EBR by WE Gbb because of its weight ( 10-12 lbs) and accuracy and ability to full auto or semi, also all the rails. l96 is bolt action gas 1 rail and you NEED a scope or its almost pointless. I would get EBR
There are lots of ways to upgrade Airsoft guns. Getting a barrel with a different length and tightness can increase accuracy and range. Tightbore barrels are what you would want. FPS can be upgraded with a harder spring. AisoftGI has a great upgrade service.
280 fps
NO! That would be completely useless because those guns suck and fire about 100 fps and are pieces of crap. Only better airsoft guns can get upgraded.
The Well MB03. it has 450 fps, is amazingly acurate, and comes with socpe and bipod for only 99. You can also upgrade the spring, giving it 530 fps!
You can do multiple thnigs. You don't just upgrade to have cool parts in your gun. You can do three things with upgrading: - Upgrade to increase FPS - Upgrade to increase speed (ROF) - Upgrade to provide better air flow When you upgrade for speed or FPS though, you can't just throw in the part that will get you want you want. For example, to upgrade FPS, you want to put in a bigger spring. But you can't do just that. You would have to upgrade to metal bushings as well. When one part gets upgraded, certain other parts need upgraded as well, if that makes sense. But the HOW part would be disassemble the gun yourself or send it in to a tech to put upgrade parts in.
it depends what kind?
Well, the legal FPS for an airsoft gun is 450, but you can get snipers, AEG's, etc. that run up to 600 FPS and beyond.
go for the m14, unless its cheap looking.
360 fps
It has 450 fps
