Read the owners manual....10w-30 = 90F max ambient temp. Why not use 15-40 RotellaT or Mobil or Castrol that meets the temperature range you live in.

for 4.0l/ 4.7l H.O. use 10w30 for 4.7l use either 10w30 or 5w30 but 5w30 is preferred
For a 3.2L engine use a good quality 10W30 motor oil.
Any 10w30 will be fine.
A 2000 Chrysler Town and Country can use 5W30 or 10W30.
Honda ATF if Auto(don't use Dexron/Mercon) and 10w30 oil or Honda manual Trans fluid(which is fancy 10w30)
Preferably a Synthetic oil in a 10w30 or 0w30 weight. If you cannot afford the 9 dollars per season, you can use conventional dinosaur oil in a 10w30 weight.
