I have been running Castrol Syntec 20w50 in my Altima for 15 years, and have not had an oil related problem. The car has 230K miles on it.
20w50 Harley Davidson motor oil If you can't get H-D brand oil, you could use any brand 20w50. Stay away from synthetics. I stuck with H-D 20w50. Good luck!
Any motorcycle oil with the weight 20W50. I use Valvoline 4 stroke motorcycle oil 20W50 and it works fine!
