No . The urine should be tested immediately with a home test or the sample provided at the doctor's office or clinic. Sometimes you will be asked to bring a sample to the lab of the 1st urine you pass in the morning. But it should be that same day, not stored for 3 days.

∙ 11y agoNo, three day old urine will probably not be useful for a lab test. Urine should be as recent as possible - preferably less than an hour old when tested. The age of the urine will affect the results differently depending on the type of test(s) being performed.
If a test cannot be performed immediately, urine should be refrigerated (but not frozen).
