The short is answer is "not if you are running OSX solely." It is possible to run FSX on a mac, but only through Bootcamp or some other type of parallel. Applications such as "crossover" will not work either.
Microsoft's Flight Simulator only works on computers running the Windows operating system. There is no version for Mac OS X. An alternative for the Mac is X Plane (See links below) .
