Yes, look for a metopcs store to flash it to thier network.....
can i connect an i phone to a metro service?
No, they don't have sony phones. Part of the problem, is that Sony phones aren't compatible with MetroPCS technology - at least not on a full scale. MetroPCS uses CDMA technology and most Sony phones don't use CDMA... Any sony phone I've ever come across needs a SIM Card...CDMA phones don't use SIM cards. That right there should tell you about the obstacles. Now, I'm sure you can go get an unlocked Sony phone, and take it to MetroPCS dealer and have them flash it and get it to work on their network. But I'd be surprised if you'd get full functionality out of it. You also run the risk of frying the phone, although this risk is slight.
NO. The SIM card is NOT a normal SIM card, its only for that particular phone and for use on MetroPCS's LTE network it was activated with. If its taken out to be used in another phone, it deactivates, rendering the phone and card useless.
If the phone is from a GSM carrier, then you will not be able to use it on Metropcs, however, if it's from a CDMA carrier, then you might be able to but you need to flash the phone first before you can use it on Metropcs.
You cannot use a T Mobile phone on Cricket network. T Mobile is a GSM carrier while Cricket is a CDMA/iDen carrier. These two technologies are not compatible with each other as they operate on different frequencies. So a T Mobile phone could not support the frequency of the Cricket network even if you have an unlocked phone. Yes, Metro PCS allows you to flash this phone.
MetroPCS uses CDMA technology which is almost used only in the US. Most of the countries use a GSM technology. That means that you won't be able to use your Metro CS phone while you are traveling in an other country.
Qualcomm, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Leap Wireless International Inc., Net 10, Sprint, Verizon, Cricket, and Alltel use CDMA technology.
there aren't. but i was told by a representative that you can order online and activate your cricket phone over the phone and use it.
A 13 year old should get a phone if they wanted to but they should have like an android or metropcs but not like an IPhone of course.
Cricket is a CDMA carrier so you cannot use the SIM Card trick on it, so I am going to say no.
I really hope you put this information to good use because i did and it helped me greatly
