My doctor told me not to use alcohol when I get boils because it will make things. You want to use some type of non-alcoholic cream instead after it is clean but I would also not recommend doing it yourself but going to a doctor to lance it out.
Ethyl alcohol boils at 172.4, methyl alcohol boils at 151.
heat it. Alcohol boils at a lower temperature than water
alcohal will vaporised
Because the alcohol boils at a lower temperature than water.

I assume that by "boils faster" you really mean "boils at a lower temperature", and that by "alcohol" you mean "ethanol". Ethanol has a lower boiling temperature than water at standard pressure. However, a mixture of ethanol and water boils lower than either by themselves do. This is called an "azeotrope" and it happens for ethanol/water mixtures at about 95% ethanol, which is why it's essentially impossible to get ethanol to more than 190 proof by distillation alone.
Saying something boils at 65 degrees means that that is the minimum temperature required to vaporize it. So anything under 65 degrees and it will return to a liquid. So about 64 degrees or so.
Some mixtures can be separated by physical changes. For example distilling alcohol can be done by heating the mixture to between the boiling points of water and alcohol, so the alcohol boils off, leaving the water. The alcohol is then condensed into another container.
Wood alcohol (methanol) freezes at -97.8° C (-144.0° F) and boils at 64.7° C (148.5°F) Grain alcohol (ethanol) freezes at -114.1° C (-173.4° F) and boils at 78.5° C (173.3° F)

Yes, the process is known as Distillation. Works on the property that Alcohol (ethanol) and Water have different boiling points. Water boils at 100 C and Alcohol at about 60-70 C. Heating above 70 but below 95 will vaporise the alcohol, leaving Water.
It is not illegal for minors to eat food prepared with alcohol, alcohol rapidly evaporates at room temperature and boils at 173 degrees. These properties cause the alcohol to evaporate from the food during cooking, leaving only the flavor from the liquor.
