This depends on your experiment and chemicals.
They should be sure that in the kitchen they use ONLY the chemicals that are safe to use around food preparation. They should also know how to use the chemicals, what precautions to take, and what to do if these chemicals accidentally come in contact with their skin, face, or eyes.

Chemicals can relate to physical science because we use different gases that need chemicals in them
You have to use an auger, drain cleaner is not going to affect the roots which is what caused the clog.
YES!
Remove fittings at both ends and use an air blower to clear out line.
Crawl under the vehicle and find the drain line. Use a unsharpened pencil to unclog the line. Be careful not to put a hole in the line.
Your drain is clogged. Call a sewer and drain cleaning pro to have the line snaked. Do not use drain cleaning chemicals.
Sewer cameras can be rented from an aerating or roto rooting company (most of the time, sometimes this is not offered). They are placed deep down into pipes in order to see what they are like from the inside. They work similar to pipe snakes that unclog clogs.
Use a blunt pencil or similar object.
In Tulsa Oklahoma you can, but i would still use 4 in.
I would use 3 inch for that.
Crawl under the vehicle and find the drain line. Use a small blunt object like a pencil to unclog it.
The best way to deal with roots in a sewer line, stormwater line or drain is to use plumbing rods and to "snake it" or "worm it", doing this will break the roots and whatever you break will stay attached to the rod for you to pull out. never ever use chemicals, it is not only dangerous to you and harmful to the environment but it is illegal and the council have their means and ways of finding out if your are the perpetrator.
Never,ever less then 4 " and a 3" FAI
