You can, but I'd suggest that it's used only for short runs, maybe up to 6 feet, max. The picture quality will probably suffer due to internal signal reflections, causing ghosting of the image or ssome smearing of the video, but it'll work.
Composite signals require a single cable to carry the complete signal. Normally, the cable will be terminated in an RCA jack on domestic equipment or BNC connectors for professional equipment. Composite signals support only standard definition signals. Analog component signals comprise three discrete signals, one for brightness and two for color encoding. Component cables are normally terminated into three RCA or three BNC connectors. Component signals support both standard and high definition signals. Three composite cables can usually be used for a component signal. For short runs, cable designed for standard definition will handle high definition without problems but as the length of the cable increases, so the signal quality will be degraded. If separate cables are used, it is important that they are the same length. Differing cable lengths can sometimes cause a noticeable color offset on the image. Digital component can be run on a single cable but it is generally only found in broadcast environments. Domestic digital component signals are normally carried on HMDI cable, a single cable with multiple signals contained in it.
Yes, but don't get the colors confused between the devices.
I don't see how
Websites such as eBay, Gamespot, and Amazon have a selection of PS2 component cables for sale. Futureshop box stores should also have PS2 component cables.
With PlayStation 2 Component AV Cables or with Playstation PS2 AV Audio / Video Cable for 480i standard TV
Yes all the PS2's power cables will work with each other. Also PS3 power cables will work with PS2s and vise virsa. All of the PS2 and PS3 power cables are the same.
no PS2 does not have a HDMI
No
I am not sure if you can use the ToS link cable with it but you can for sure hook it up with component cables. As far as talking im not sure on either but you can at least get audio
huh?
no
You do not need specific cables for the PS2's Ethernet jack. Ethernet is standardized; any CAT5 cable will work fine for use on a PlayStation 2.
No. The graphics chipset on a PS2 is integrated into the motherboard and is not a separate component. It can not be removed from the PS2.
Game disc controller TV cables power
Yes. They are compatible with a PlayStation 2 console, However they are lesser quality then an original AV Cable with PS2.
