Wash the piercings daily with soap and water and rinse them with lots of water after to cleaning. Staying on top of cleaning will lead to happy piercings. You could always follow the written aftercare instructions you received from your professional body piercer of detailed aftercare instructions. If you don't know what it's used for don't use it on your piercings.

∙ 14y agoNo. Peroxide and Alcohol are both harmful to piercings especially new ones. use a saline (salt) solution (H2Ocean is really good) to fight any infection and for normal cleaning I would use Dial brand antibacterial hand soap.

∙ 14y agoNO, YOU DEFINITELY SHOULD NOT. You should NEVER USE PEROXIDE ON ANY PIERCING. EVER. Any good piercer will tell you that.
