Depends on which diesel engine, specifically. In a US EPA2010 or European Euro 5 or Euro 6 emissions compliant engine, no - these engines are designed for Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel specifically, and have a diesel particulate filter which will become clogged (thus clogging the exhaust system) if anything with a sulphur content higher than ULSD (which jet fuel does have) is used in the engine.

For diesel engines which don't have these emissions and aftertreatment systems, yes - jet fuel is more or less a variant of number one low sulphur diesel, and diesel engines which are not made to be US EPA2010 or Euro5/6 compliant can run on diesel, kerosene, jet fuel.. even engine oil (although it would have to be thoroughly strained and pre-heated before introduction into the engine.. in fact, I know of an aggregate company which does this with their used oil to run their loaders and quarry equipment).

Can you run Jet fuel in your diesel engine?

It maybe illegal to use on public roads since the diesel tax has not been paid. Depending on the cetane value of the jet fuel and the temperature of the engine it might be necessary to add a cetane booster to the jet fuel(commonly sold). A lubricating oil might need to be added to to keep injectors happy.

Is it ok to use jet a fuel in a diesel engine what kind of addatives should be used for fuel system lubrication?

It is not a great idea, you will be likely to ruin your fuel system. Jet fuel is low lubricity compared to diesel fuel. Perhaps someone can identify a commerially available lubricity additive. The US military has a lubricity additive to make jet fuel acceptable for ground vehicle use.

Can I used unleaded fuel in a diesel van?

If the van has a diesel engine, then you MUST use diesel fuel. Unleaded gasoline will destroy a diesel engine. Diesel fuel is also used as a lubricant in a diesel engine. The use of any other fuel except diesel will result in serious damage. If you have put unleaded in your diesel, do not start or drive this vehicle until you drain the tank and change all the fuel filters. If the van has a diesel engine, then you MUST use diesel fuel.
