look at the pictures of this guys vette and ask him which ones hes using. They are definitely c5 zo6 on his '88.

Yes.Any c5 wheel will fit any c4 after 1987 without any adapters needed.
I would use a big hammer.
Depends on the bolt pattern. You may need wheel adapters to fit it though if they're different bolt patterns.
