I have the R4 - SDHC Upgrade Revolution, with the R4i menu and moonshell2.0. It appears to have an Action Replay pretty much built in, when you are on the game you wish to play B and X scroll up and down on further menus. The second one down says "Cheats" It seems to have every cheat accessible with an Action Replay already there. Hope this helps.

So no, it isn't, but it doesn't need to be since the R4 has ARDS cheat support already in it!

no, but there is no need to, the R4DS has a built in Action Replay.
Say if you download Pokemon pearl onto your r4ds and you also have a ds action replay could you use it?
The R4DS already has action replay built into it so you can use AR codes without the need of an Action Replay chip.

try downloading the new update for the action replay, it should work- look for the update on google. also, it is easier to use an R4DS, just to put that out there
Why won't the action replay work for the dsi?
Flash cards like R4DS don't work on the DSi. Apparentely they aren't compatible with the system like they are for the DS lite or DS. There is only three ways to get the members pass. The easiest two are either using action replay or some form of a NDS Slot-1 device such as R4DS or M3. Both of these ways use Action Replay codes. The Only other way to get the members pass is a Nintendo event.

You can download AR (action replay from most torrent sites) - which im still downloading it As for setting it up, im just guessingas i havent done it yet but im sure its just added to the R4 or any other mod chip as you would add a game.

I only know how to put cheats with the new action replay first you go to thecode list menu on the game you want to the cheats on then select the cheats that you wanna put the cheats on then take out your action replay and put in the game then on the bottom screen there should be a red button that says start tap that button then u could play the game with the cheats that you selected. but they dont work on TTDS and R4DS
