I not sure, but I don't see why you wouldn't.
About 3km- and about 5 times a week.
Jean Nidetch began inviting friends into her Queens home once a week, to discuss how best to lose weight.
You could walk five miles a day and gain weight. Losing weight depends on eating less calories than you expend. Walk or run if you can run without injury and eat less, means you will loose weight.
Walk every day, then move up with running. Eat healthy like for breakfast just eat speaical kay then veggies. Go old fashion! You probably are able to lose that much weight in a week, but I wouldn't consider trying it. You need to lose weight at a slow and steady pace.
starve
It depends how much you walk. It has to be for long enough that you sweat and start to feel tired, around an 3 hours, since it is only twice a week. If you really want to lose weight take a jog instead.
If a person is healthy, they won't need to lose or gain any weight in a week. There is no way to say, everyone's body is different. It's the little things that will help to lose weight over time. Drink water instead of soda, have a bit less for dinner, don't snack, walk instead of drive, or take a walk instead of watch a movie. Get into a routine of physical activity, and even ask someone else along if you like.
You can lose up to 10 pound a week by doing that :)
around 2-3 pounds is normal but if you lose too much weight at once it will be put back on easily
Liposuction
Sorry, a week is just not long enough to tone or lose weight using any healthy methods.
It healthy to lose up to 15 pound a week if Ur over weight
