Yes. Close all zippers and Velcro, and wash separately from other stuff if you can. Cold water, gentle cycle, powder detergant. Dry low to medium, or air dry (whatever the care tag says).
If its a down jacket, do an extra rinse cycle to make sure all soap residue is rinsed out of the feathers. Tumble dry by itself for about 25-30 min on medium, then switch to low and continue to dry until its back to its original "puffiness" (could take multiple cycles).
Don't dry clean. Don't use bleach. Don't use laundromat dryers, because they run hotter and can melt synthetic material.
