It really depends which part of you is sore but generally you should always rest and eat plenty of healthy foods until you feel better again.

However suppose you have muscle ache in your chest, that shouldn't stop you from working out your back, biceps, abs and lower body. Provided the part which is sore is not needed for the workout you should be okay.
