I think the only way is to get a letter from the place you will start to work that says you are working for them and you are an employee with insurance and a salary. I think you might not be able to get it from a gas station or likewise, but better ask them. But I know for a fact that it is illegal to work with a tourist visa, your tourist visa will be revoked, you will be deported and your employer will pay fines if caught.

The United States is in North America.
Your B1/B2 visa is stamped into your passport. If it is no longer there, that means someone has torn out a page from your passport, or has stolen your passport. You need to report this to the US embassy, and to local authorities. You will be issued a new passport, then you can return to the embassy to have a new visa stamped.
you will have to be out for 10 years. there is no way back eexcept you chnage your name or get married to a US citizen
No. You cannot get USA work visa from Dubai even though you have been in Dubai on work visa and the visa expired.
To get a work visa you will need a work permit. When you get the work visa it will act as your entry visa to the country. So you will not need a separate visit visa.

Of course not. You cannot work in Singapore with a visitor's visa. This would be illegal. You have to apply for a Singapore work visa.

A "visa" is kind of like temporary citizenship. A "work visa" allows you to work in a country you aren't a citizen of, and a "visa" allows you to live there.
