The car probably ingested water into the cylinders. When this happens it tends to bend piston rods and may cause bearing damage.Water does not compress like fuel and air.therefore the engine suffers. It can be fixed,it will need to be disassembled and inspected,it will probably need rebuilt.
I took a chance on a fuel filter and it worked. It's fixed, and it runs great!
if the problem is fixed, then whoever fixed it should have reset it. if it isn't fixed, fix it.
Of course ,first check the fusebox. If all fuses check out ok, I think the headlight switch is bad. I had a problem with indicator lights and my running lights were not working.(Tail lights,). I tried everything and finally replaced the headlight switch and that fixed it! About $25.00
You will need to have the leak fixed.
There is a relay under the hood in the fuse box that went out on mine and it stop shifting about a $20 part and fixed mine. good luck
Do NOT srive it unless you have to! Call your local Chrysler company and ask them if it's ok to drive it to them. Get it fixed and you're good to go!
A new Fuel pump relay fixed this problem for me.
You have badly worn brake pads or rotors or both. I would get them fixed ASAP.
A 2007 Chrysler Sebring that will not shift out of Park will probably need a shift solenoid replaced. This is inside the transmission and the transmission might have to be taken out of the vehicle to be fixed.
You have to use a scan tool to clear codes, If the cause of the code isn't fixed the light will return.
If your tpms indicator is on in your Chrysler Pacifica and you have already fixed the tire pressure issue, simply continue driving a few miles and the sensor will reset itself. It usually only takes about 4 miles to reset it.
