Most definitely not. Would you feed a lizard cat food? Or a dog fish food? Pet food is designed especially for the animal body and for the animal's needs. For example, I doubt a mouse's body would be able to process the meat in dog food very well because mice are herbivores. The mouse would probably kick the bucket if force fed so. Same with the bird and doggie chocolate. The doggie chocolate was especially designed for dogs, so only dogs should eat it. It would be hazardous for the bird to have a bite.
